Shipping policy

  • We are unable to accept returns for products that were delivered more than 90 days prior to return request.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of a shipping error on our part.
  • If you purchased your product from one of our authorized resellers, please contact the same reseller to process your return.
  • If you purchased your product directly from us, please contact customer service team as soon as possible.
  • ROOT WISE REPAIR, LLC must be notified of all returns within 10 business days from the day of receipt.
  • ROOT WISE REPAIR, LLC will not be responsible for damage incurred to returned merchandise in transit. Insuring expensive items is recommended.
  • Order number is the invoice number, which is printed out on the receipt.
